Fender and Loog Launch Child-Friendly Telecaster and P-Bass
Fender and Loog expanded their child friendly instrument range with their first three string Precision Bass and a new Butterscotch Blonde Telecaster. Announced on November 4, 2026, the instruments commemorate the 75th anniversaries of both Fender designs.

Three strings and Loog lessons
The Fender x Loog Precision Bass is Loog’s first bass and is modeled on Fender’s original 1951 instrument. It has a 21.6 inch scale, three bass strings tuned E, A and D from low to high, a single pickup and a thumb rest based on the original model. Standard finishes include Sea Foam Green, Candy Apple Red and White Blonde. A limited black Hello Kitty edition adds a cartoon cat graphic and red dot inlays.
The new Fender x Loog Telecaster pairs a Butterscotch Blonde finish with a black pickguard. Its compact body and three string layout are intended to help children start playing chords and songs.
Both instruments have Fender headstocks and Loog’s three string fretboards. They are built with real wood and components, and each has a standard quarter inch output for connection to an amplifier. Buyers also receive access to the Loog Guitar app, which includes video lessons and game based exercises. An exercise book and stickers come with each instrument.
Both models cost £199 in the UK. Reported US pricing ranges from $229 to $229.99.
